Achieving Stars Therapy OH is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism, through in-home and community ABA services. You will implement plans, collect data, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.

The role requires a high school diploma, 18+ years of age, and strong communication skills. Opportunities include part-time and in-home travel with paid training and professional development.

Competenze

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical records.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Mansioni

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect data on client behavior during sessions
• Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
• Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and manage challenging behaviors
