Job summary

The Treetop ABA in-home program is seeking a dedicated RBT to implement individualized ABA therapy plans developed by a BCBA. You will deliver one-on-one, evidence-based interventions to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction, while collecting data to track client progress.

This role requires a high school diploma, completion of a 40-hour RBT training, and an active RBT certification or plan to obtain within 60 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Complete 40-hour RBT training.
• Active RBT certification preferred or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Passion for clinical ABA and improving lives.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans developed by a BCBA.
• Deliver one-on-one interventions to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Collect and record data to measure client progress using ABA methods.
• Assist in developing and implementing BIPs under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams for consistent treatment.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards per BACB guidelines.
• Foster a safe, engaging, structured learning environment.
