Job summary

The Treetop is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support children with autism and special needs in their homes across the United States. You will implement ABA-based interventions, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervision to track progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification preferred; commitment to obtain within 60 days with pay increase and reimbursement.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to obtain in-person First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions in clients' homes under supervision.
• Collect and analyze data on client progress for review.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure therapy consistency.
• Give feedback to parents about daily activities and progress.
• Implement and refine individualized ABA therapy plans.
• Assist in developing behavior intervention plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families and team members.
• Be open to feedback and eager to learn new skills.
• Follow instructions carefully and ask clarifying questions.
• Work well in a team or independently as needed.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
