Job summary

Advanceable ABA in Murfreesboro, NC is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) to join our in-home ABA therapy team. This role delivers 1:1 ABA services in the child's home under a BCBA's guidance, helping children with autism build essential skills.

We offer paid onboarding, a 40-hour RBT course, mentorship, and flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time options. A high school diploma and reliable transportation are required; RBT certification path is supported.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and helping others grow.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• RBT certification but not required yet; we support path to certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans for each child.
• Track progress with session data and notes.
• Communicate with families and clinical team to support success.
• Stay active during sessions (sitting, squatting, playing, running).
