Job summary

KB Behavioral Health, a Finni Health company, seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work in Murfreesboro, TN. You will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA to support development and daily life.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–7:00 PM (in-home). Competitive pay of $25–$28/hour with RBT certification training and mileage reimbursement. PTO and insurance details apply for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• CPR certification required; RBT preferred or willing to obtain.
• Willingness to travel to in-home settings and commute locally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child’s home.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.
