Job summary

Total Care ABA in Tennessee is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home and school settings under supervision of BCBAs. We are expanding across Tennessee and value compassionate, mission-driven care for children with autism.

This role offers flexible full-time and part-time schedules, with competitive hourly pay based on experience and qualifications. Travel locally is required.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required, registered on the BACB Registry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience with children preferred (not required).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress.
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families.
