Job summary

Advanceable ABA in Salisbury, NC is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You’ll help children with autism reach important goals in their natural environment.

The role offers paid onboarding, RBT certification support, flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time), and growth opportunities, with competitive hourly pay and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and helping others grow.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required).
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Already certified as an RBT? We’ll support your path to certification.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Track progress through accurate session data and notes.
• Communicate with families and your clinical team to support success.
• Stay physically active during sessions — sitting, squatting, playing, running, etc.
