Job summary

Bright Achievements is a family-centered Behavioral Health Agency providing home-based ABA therapy for children with autism. We seek caring Behavioral Technicians and RBTs to join our team under BCBA supervision, delivering evidence-based ABA with a focus on growth, independence, and family involvement.

The role is part-time with a schedule that includes after-school, evening shifts, and some weekends. In-person, onsite work in Virginia, with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Energetic, motivated to help children and families.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Attend professional development trainings as required.
• Collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to implement ABA principles and procedures.
• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill data during sessions.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors’ needs.
• Maintain professionalism and goal-oriented performance.
