Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes in Gilbert, AZ. You will deliver play-based ABA sessions to children with autism or developmental delays, under the supervision of a BCBA, and help them build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence.

You will work with the same children, supporting progress in their daily environments, with training and support provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children.
• ABA experience a plus!
• Afternoon/evening availability (weekends a plus).
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids in their homes to help them learn and grow using play-based ABA techniques.
• Follow simple step-by-step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA).
• Track progress during each session using an easy data system on your phone or tablet; training provided.
• Team up with your BCBA and fellow techs to keep things consistent and effective.
• Give feedback to families about how the session went and celebrate small wins together!
