Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy seeks a 1:1 ABA therapy provider to support children with autism in their homes in Gilbert, AZ. You’ll deliver play-based ABA, under a licensed BCBA’s supervision, to help develop daily living skills and confidence.

Work part-time during afternoons/evenings, with consistent scheduling and ongoing training. You’ll impact real progress in kids’ everyday environments and gain meaningful experience in a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or related roles).
• ABA experience is a plus.
• Afternoon/evening availability.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids in their homes using play-based ABA methods.
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervisor (BCBA).
• Track progress during sessions with a simple data system on a phone or tablet.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and fellow techs to maintain consistency.
• Provide feedback to families about session progress and celebrate wins.
