Job summary

Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Consultant to provide in-community behavioral health support for youths aged 2–21 in Pennsylvania. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and develop individualized treatment plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for PA licensure in behavioral health
• BCBA certification or grad-level certification in behavior analysis
• Graduate degree in ABA or related field; or a psychology/social work/education/counseling degree with relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and identify target behaviors
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs)
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies prescribed by licensed professionals
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and progress updates
