Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to assess patients, design recovery plans, and provide hands-on care in in-facility settings. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized therapy programs.

You will educate patients and caregivers, promote independence, and contribute to a patient-centered care approach across diverse environments within our network.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid PT license in the state(s) of practice or be eligible for licensure.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Alternate pathway: Master's in PT-related field plus Bachelor's in Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients.
• Collaborate with care team and refer as needed.
• Train patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.
