Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide in-facility care, assess patient needs, and develop individualized recovery plans that restore function and mobility.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team, educate patients and caregivers, and support a compassionate, patient-centered approach across diverse settings while pursuing growth through mentorship and CE opportunities.

Qualifications

• They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Provide rehabilitation care tailored to individual patients' goals.
• Collaborate with care teams to coordinate treatment and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and mobility.

Education

Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Master's degree in Physical Therapy related field + Bachelor's in Physical Therapy

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy + 5 years of PT experience

Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence
