Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality care in an in-facility setting. You will assess patient needs, develop personalized recovery plans, and implement evidence-based physical therapy to restore movement, strength, balance, and functional independence for diverse patients.

Work under the Director of Rehab, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to a trusted, patient-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Master's degree in PT related field with Bachelor's in PT
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
• Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for US equivalence

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans
• Deliver physical therapy to restore movement, strength and function
• Collaborate with rehab team and provide patient and caregiver training
