Pierson Wireless Corp. is seeking a Project Foreman to lead on-site installation teams for DAS, BDA, DRAN and rooftop small cell projects.

You’ll supervise field technicians and subcontractors, ensure safety standards, manage schedules, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to deliver installations on time. Experience in RF/in-building systems, fiber optic and coax cabling, plus strong communication and leadership skills, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent with 3–5 years related experience.
• OSHA 10 hour certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Experience with RF in-building system installation and DAS/DPAN/Small Cell environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site installation activities for DAS, BDA, DRAN, and rooftop small cells.
• Supervise field service technicians and subcontractors; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate project timelines, materials, and logistics with customers and internal teams.
• Review documentation and ensure adherence to installation standards.
• Travel to job sites as needed to support projects.
