Job summary

Pierson Wireless Corp. is seeking a Project Foreman to lead on-site installation and coordination of cellular and public safety DAS, BDA, DRAN, and rooftop small cell projects. You will manage field teams, subcontractors, and internal staff, ensuring timely, safe delivery of complex RF deployments.

You will oversee material orders, documentation, and adherence to carrier standards while traveling as needed to support project activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in low voltage/cabling or related field.
• OSHA 10-hour (required); OSHA 30-hour (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation teams and coordinate subcontractors on site.
• Manage timelines, materials, and safety compliance.
• Review time logs and verify field crew work.
• Communicate progress to Market Manager and Customer.
• Ensure adherence to DAS, BDA, DRAN, and in-building RF standards.
