Job summary

Technibus, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead DAS, small cell and in‑building wireless deployments from kickoff to closeout.

You will guide engineering, field ops, and subcontractors, align with customer requirements and carrier standards, and drive schedule, quality and financial performance in a dynamic team environment. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in telecom project management, strong leadership, and experience with budgeting, forecasting and cross‑functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree inEngineering, Construction Management, Telecommunications, Business, Project Management, or equivalent industry experience or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in telecommunications, wireless infrastructure, or low‑voltage construction.
• Experience managing DAS, small cell, or in‑building wireless projects.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead DAS, small cell, public safety and in‑building wireless projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Provide leadership to engineering, field operations, construction and subcontractor teams.
• Develop schedules, manage budgets, and monitor project performance.
• Coordinate with carriers, OEMs, and customers for successful turnover.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with codes and standards.
• Prepare executive updates and maintain accurate project documentation.
