Job summary

Network Connex Company seeks a Director of DAS Construction & Project Delivery to lead end-to-end wireless infrastructure programs, including DAS, Public Safety DAS, Private LTE, CBRS, and related deployments. You will own project execution, financial performance, safety, and customer satisfaction across multiple market sectors.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong operational discipline, and the ability to align strategy with on-site delivery, schedule adherence, and quality control

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing delivery of large-scale wireless infra and low-voltage construction.
• 5+ years leading project management and construction teams.
• Proven experience delivering DAS, Public Safety DAS, Private LTE, CBRS, and enterprise wireless deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own successful delivery of multiple concurrent DAS/wireless projects from award to closeout.
• Provide leadership to project managers, construction managers, field teams, subcontractors and staff.
• Develop and implement scalable project delivery processes, standards and best practices.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and per contract.
• Drive continuous improvement for efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Lead monthly project financial reviews and performance reviews.
