Job summary

Pierson Wireless Corp. is seeking a Project Foreman in the Operations department to manage and install In-Building DAS, BDA, DRAN, and rooftop small cell systems. You’ll lead on-site teams, coordinate with customers, and ensure installations meet Pierson Wireless standards.

Requires strong RF knowledge, prior field leadership, and ability to travel as needed. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and collaboration with the Market Manager and Program Coordinator.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 3–5 years related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA 10 hour certification (required).
• OSHA 30 hour certification (preferred).
• 3–5 years of low voltage cable installation experience (preferred).
• Fiber optic fusion splicing experience (preferred).
• Weekend and night work may be required to complete duties.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Field Service Technicians and Contractors in the Operations department.
• Ensure installation materials are ordered and available for the site.
• Coordinate installations with the customer and maintain timelines.
• Review time logs of field staff and approve completed work.
• Maintain daily safety reviews with onsite personnel and ensure compliance.
• Document work in Pierson Wireless' project management cloud solution.
