Job summary

Stantec’s Buildings team seeks an In-Building Wireless Designer to perform core technical duties under guidance of the Project Manager. You will collaborate across disciplines, develop iBwave models for distributed antenna systems, and coordinate production with the workgroup.

The role emphasizes quality control and professional growth within a dynamic design practice. You will contribute to design deliverables, participate in meetings, and help manage project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• RF design principles including noise/interference minimization and testing.
• Able to read and interpret technical docs, specs, procedures, regs.
• Effective communicator with clients, vendors, and coworkers.
• Strong organization and time management, handles multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop iBwave models for CDAS/ERCES with minimal supervision.
• Conduct site surveys, progress inspections, and punch lists.
• Prepare project deliverables per client scope and intent.
• Adhere to QA/QC processes and review deliverables.
