Job summary

Communication Technology Services LLC is seeking an Engineer, In-Building RF Design and Deployment to lead design reviews, submittal preparation, and deployment coordination of DAS solutions across sites in the US. You will work with field teams to ensure timely, compliant installations and drive performance improvements.

The role requires hands-on DAS deployment experience, iBwave proficiency, and ability to coordinate with operators and OEMs, while applying project management discipline

Qualifications

• Proven iBwave certification and ability to review designs.
• Experience creating or reviewing operator submittal packages.
• In-building wireless experience with DAS OEMs and small cells.
• Experience commissioning and optimizing field deployments.
• Experience using project management tools for deployment activities.

Responsibilities

• Review DAS designs for carrier compliance and optimize.
• Refine designs for coverage, capacity, and constraints.
• Create and manage mobile submittal packages.
• Develop BOM aligned with technical, operational, and financial objectives.
• Coordinate field teams to install and commission signal sources.
• Plan acceptance testing and post-install data collection.
• Ensure KPIs are reflected in close-out reports.
