Qualifications

• Possesses RF design principles including best practices for minimizing noise and interference, system testing, and monitoring.
• Able to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents, specifications, technical procedures, and government regulations.
• Communicator who effectively conveys scope and coordination items to clients, vendors, and co-workers.
• Displays effective organization and time management skills with projects, reports and other duties; handles multiple priorities and is punctual.

Responsibilities

• Develops iBwave models for CDAS and ERCES with minimal supervision.
• Performs site visits for surveys, progress inspections, and final punch lists as required by project timelines.
• Prepares project deliverables per the client’s intent and scope of work in Stantec's proposal.
• Follows Stantec’s quality management process; reviews project deliverables before submitting to QA/QC reviewer.
• Actively participates in the engineering/professional community to build personal knowledge and growth.
• Meets or exceeds utilization goals and adheres to project budget.
• Assists or acts as project manager: creates plans, identifies precursors, and manages timelines and budget.
• Creates detailed instructions, delegates tasks, and reviews work to ensure timely execution within budget.
• Identifies and reports roadblocks and competing priorities that may affect scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develops understanding of Stantec’s accounting and project management systems.
