Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and promote membership; travel products and services.
• Process payments and balance the cash drawer; handle remittance/deposits.
• Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues; refer complex questions to senior staff.
• Support travel and insurance sales staff; provide branch administrative support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
