Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is seeking a Branch Customer Service Representative to greet members, promote products, and support daily branch operations at our Brentwood, TN location.

This full-time, in-office role requires strong communication and problem solving, handling high-volume customer interactions with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, and offers growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused environment delivering timely, helpful solutions.
• Ability to take ownership, use good judgment, and seek solutions when challenges arise.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and learning workplace technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership and travel products.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance specials, and conduct outbound promotions.
• Respond to member inquiries, help resolve complaints, and refer complex questions to senior staff.
• Process payments for policies, travel products, tickets, and money products; balance cash drawer.
