Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) seeks a full-time sales professional to serve members at our Brentwood, TN branch. Base pay plus commission, with ramp-up incentives and full benefits. You will build relationships, identify client needs, and drive revenue through insurance, memberships, and financial products.

This role emphasizes proactive outreach, community networking, and superior service. You will work Monday–Friday 8:30 am–6:00 pm with some Saturdays, service in-person, and opportunities for

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; licenses may be required for insurance products.
• Active Property & Casualty license required; Life & Health license or plan to obtain within 90 days.
• Must qualify and maintain all state licenses/appointments for selling Auto Club Group products.
• Health and accident licenses and appointments where applicable as deemed necessary.

Responsibilities

• Sell and service ACG-branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products.
• Conduct insurance reviews to identify gaps and quote/bind policies per underwriting rules.
• Build rapport with members, respond to inquiries promptly, and support customer satisfaction.
• Engage in local branch and community events to develop new business and referrals.
