Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is seeking a Branch Customer Service Representative to welcome members, promote AAA products, and support daily branch operations in a fast-paced, in-person setting. You will help drive satisfaction and loyalty while building product knowledge and sales within the branch.

This in-office role requires excellent communication, problem solving, and the ability to balance multiple tasks in a collaborative environment. Competitive hourly wages apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment and delivering timely, helpful solutions.
• Ability to take ownership, use good judgment, and seek solutions when challenges arise.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and workplace technology supporting customer service.
• Able to multitask, prioritize work, and meet office and customer service goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling memberships, travel products, select banking products, and other ACG offerings.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance specials, provide travel information, and conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and travel products.
• Respond to member inquiries, help resolve complaints, and refer complex questions to senior staff or management.
• Process payments for insurance policies, travel products, tickets, and travel money products while balancing the cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to staff during peak periods and participate in branch activities to support goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
