Job summary

Full Sail University in Winter Park, FL is seeking an IMT Support Technician to deploy, build, secure and maintain computing environments for faculty, staff and students. You will deliver outstanding service and resolve technical issues across Windows and Mac platforms.

Responsibilities include installing and supporting workstations, devices, software and peripherals; collaborating with internal teams on escalations; and documenting procedures to support a scalable IT environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years relevant work experience in Information Technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and technical support to students, faculty, and staff during any interaction.
• Tasked with installing, supporting, and maintaining workstations, mobile devices, software applications and peripherals.
• Work with internal teams on technical escalations
• Documentation of common issues and technical operating procedures

• Maintain strict confidentiality of company and personnel information
