Karman Space and Defense in Mukilteo, WA is seeking a Scheduler to support engineering program management with detailed project scheduling and IMS integration. You will coordinate with Program Managers and IPT Leads, align internal and customer timelines, and drive visibility into milestones and critical paths.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with engineering, planning, and manufacturing teams, ensuring accurate reporting and timely updates for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two+ years of professional experience using Microsoft Project at an advanced level.
• Familiarity with building and maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supports development and maintenance of program schedules, primarily using Microsoft Project.
• Collaborates with Program Managers and IPT Leads to ensure schedules are complete, accurate, and current.
• Integrates customer schedules and develops internal schedules from inputs for detailed milestones.
• Reviews IMS logic to ensure alignment with detailed plans.
• Performs schedule deep dives and analyzes impacts of changes requiring IMS updates.
• Assists in preparing status reports for stakeholder communication.
• Generates critical path status reports and identifies schedule risks.
• Identifies resource conflicts and supports resource leveling.
• Analyzes schedule performance and develops recovery options for variances.
