Job summary

Karman Space and Defense is seeking an Integrated Scheduler to develop and maintain enterprise-level schedules connecting milestones, production sequencing, capacity forecasts, and cross-functional execution. You will ensure schedule accuracy, integrate ERP data, and provide leadership with visibility into constraints and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, engineering, operations management, supply chain, construction management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in scheduling, controls, or related discipline.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and enterprise scheduling systems.
• Understanding of Project Server or enterprise PM environments.
• Experience developing and maintaining integrated master schedules.
• Experience with resource-loaded schedules and manpower planning.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and incorporating actual labor hours and costs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains enterprise scheduling standards, templates, calendars, milestones, and work breakdown structures.
• Oversees schedule development in Microsoft Project and Project Server, ensuring resources are loaded and feasible.
• Reviews schedules and provides corrective guidance to strengthen logic and sequencing.
• Supports master schedule development, analysis, and recovery planning.
• Translates program schedules into actionable production schedules and coordinates with Operations.
• Integrates ERP actuals into schedule analysis for forecasting and variance identification.
• Develops manpower plans and capacity models to forecast staffing needs.
• Performs critical-path analysis and develops recovery plans or alternatives.
• Ensures cross-functional schedule integration across Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance.
