Job summary

Karman Space & Defense seeks a Scheduler in Mukilteo, WA to support engineering program management by creating, updating, and maintaining detailed program schedules. You will collaborate with Program Managers and IPT Leads, integrate customer schedules, and ensure visibility into milestones and critical paths.

You will review IMS logic, run critical path reports, identify risks, and coordinate with engineering, planning, and manufacturing teams to align internal and customer schedules while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of professional experience using Microsoft Project at an advanced level.
• Familiarity with building and maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) per DI-MGMT-81650.
• US DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Supports implementation and maintenance of program schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Collaborates with Program Managers and IPT Leads to ensure schedules are complete and current.
• Integrates customer schedules and develops internal schedules from inputs for stakeholders.
