Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing quality assurance or related field.
• Experience in refractories, ceramics, metals, or materials processing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO quality systems, SPC, and CAPA.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a strong culture of safety, ensuring all quality activities align with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and continuously improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Plan and execute internal quality audits while coordinating external certification activities.
• Analyze process and quality data to identify trends, reduce variation, and improve product consistency.
• Partner with production, technical, and customer-facing teams to investigate and resolve quality-related issues.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of quality technicians, fostering accountability and professional growth.
• Track, report, and communicate key quality metrics to support operational and strategic decision-making.
