Job summary

Delaware Park is seeking a supervisor for cage operations to oversee direct supervision of all technical equipment, ensure currency of all coin impressments, reconcile equipment, monitor performance, troubleshoot errors, and report statistics.

This role requires 1–2 years cashier experience and at least 1 year supervisory experience, knowledge of CTR and Delaware gaming regulations, ability to lift 40 lbs, and flexible weekends/holidays.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have one (1) to two (2) years cashier experience.
• Must have one (1) year Supervisory experience.
• Must have knowledge of Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR) requirements.
• Must have knowledge of State of Delaware Gaming Rules and Regulations required.
• Must be able to lift forty (40) lbs. without difficulty.
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management is mandatory.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of business including weekends and holidays.
