Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience in customs brokerage.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments accurately and on time.
• Create customs entries selecting clients and records.
• Enter shipment data for release, rating, and billing.
• Determine correct duty value and tariff treatment.
• Coordinate with team to resolve missing documentation and instructions.
• Maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and customs.
• Adhere to SOPs and client instructions.
