Import Production Coordinator needed for Junior Apparel Company.

Job Description:

• Daily communication with overseas factories to ensure goods are being produced on schedule and as requested.
• Work with factories to price new styles.
• Communicate with Merchandiser and Design Dept to solve challenges on product development.
• Manage the development, ordering and tracking of samples from prototype through development.
• Maintain time and action calendar for samples, lab dips, fabric approvals and lab testing.
• Prepare, send and track various approvals to buyers.

Requirements:

• At least 2-4 years experience as an import production cooridinator in the apparel wholesale market.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while being detail-oriented and organized.
