• Assist in coordinating and monitoring all stages of the production process—from design development to sample creation and final production.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams (design, merchandising, production) to ensure smooth coordination and timely updates.
• Support the creation and review of production samples, ensuring they meet quality and design standards.
• Track sample approvals, revisions, and updates throughout the production cycle.
• Conduct research on new materials, techniques, and production methods to support innovation.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in managing overseas production or a related role.
• Solid understanding of tech packs and experience working with overseas factories.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Asian production processes and garment manufacturing workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
