Job Overview – Production Coordinator, Swimwear Division

The Production Coordinator for the Swimwear Division is responsible for ensuring that all planned production is executed according to the established schedule. This role plays a critical part in maintaining timelines and managing communication across teams and vendors.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Set up and maintain master cost charts for swim lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, and tech) to meet production deadlines and follow up on any outstanding issues.
• Issue detailed Excel buy sheets to factories for swim orders, working with BOM/sketch sheets, line sheets, and all label, hangtag, and packaging requirements. Determine appropriate HTS codes.
• Communicate with overseas offices regarding production orders, addressing any issues or questions.
• Utilize Blue Cherry system for style master setup, enter all costings by style, and update as needed.
• Update and maintain production reports for all placed orders; review PSRs from overseas.
• Monitor private label samples for sales teams and buyers.
• Review and maintain test reports.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience in the garment industry.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
• Analytical with strong mathematical abilities.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel is mandatory.
