This position is ideal for candidates with around one year of experience in the wholesale or consumer goods industry who understand the basics of business and are eager to learn and grow.

Our products include ceramic tabletop items (coffee mugs, serving platters) and soft goods (slippers, cold-weather accessories). Mandarin proficiency is required to coordinate with our manufacturing partners in China.

Please note: This role is not related to film or TV production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate daily with factories in China and internal departments to align on production schedules and shipment timelines.
  • Track overseas orders from factories to U.S. distribution centers.
  • Support the Head of Production with product development, sourcing, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain and organize sample rooms; ensure timely submission of samples for client approvals.
  • Review and relay vendor manual requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Work cross-functionally with design and sales teams to keep projects on track.
  • Learn and utilize EDI systems for order processing and compliance.
  • Monitor inbound shipments and prepare documentation in coordination with logistics.
  • Assist accounting with invoice tracking and payment follow-ups.
  • Provide regular updates on production milestones and task progress.

Who We’re Looking For

  • ~1 year of exposure to the wholesale industry, preferably in consumer goods or production.
  • Energetic, trainable, and enthusiastic about building a career in production operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel, especially V-lookups and Pivot Tables.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Willing to take initiative and work independently, yet thrives as a team player.
  • Familiarity with EDI systems and logistics (a plus, but not required).
