Job summary

Yusen Logistics (Americas) is seeking an Import CHB Supervisor to oversee daily customs brokerage and import operations. You will lead the import team, ensure compliance with CBP regulations, and support efficient processing of shipments.

Hybrid work arrangement may apply in applicable facilities, with emphasis on training, coaching, and customer service. The role requires experience in import operations (Air and Ocean) and supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in import operations (Air and Ocean), with CHB exposure.
• Supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CBP regulations and import‑related compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee import operations ensuring compliance with CBP regulations and company policy.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure timely cargo recovery, clearance, and handover to brokers.
• Ensure accurate and compliant documentation and data management in systems (YUNAS).
• Collaborate with sales on customer handling procedures and onboarding of new accounts.
• Monitor billing accuracy and assist with A/R collections as needed.
• Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution of imports.
