The role reports to the Project Operations Manager and requires a background in supply chain, with strong organizing and communication skills. Expect about 20% travel and work authorization to operate in the US.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in operational and logistic management.
• Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Management preferred.
• Experience in trade compliance and international shipping.
• Ability to travel ~20%.

Responsabilités

• Act as point of contact for customs brokers for clarification on valuation/classification.
• Audit customs brokers for correctness of entries, invoicing, and archiving.
• Manage documentation and online forms for import/export activities.
• Keep colleagues updated on relevant import/export laws, tariffs, licenses and restrictions.
