Responsibilities

• Coordinate import/export customs and shipping activities.
• Track containers through port systems and monitor vessel delays.
• Verify container history and per diem information.
• Coordinate fumigation and inspections with government agencies.
• Provide required documentation for inspections and treatments.
• Track cold treatments and investigate or resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with customs brokers regarding container deliveries and pickups.
• Coordinate schedules with carriers and resolve shipping discrepancies.
• Prepare accurate import/export documentation for government agencies.
• Maintain detailed logs of inspections, fumigation, and treatments.
• Prepare container documentation for operations and billing.
• Maintain accurate shipping and compliance records.
• Ensure activities follow applicable import/export and customs requirements.
