• Provide import documents to customers.
• Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure import/export compliance.
• Monitor shipment movement with carriers and forwarders.
• Track freight costs and logistics-related expenses.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Serve as main contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution.
• Facilitate communication between customers and manufacturing plants.
• Identify and resolve issues between customers and factories to ensure smooth orders.
• Assist data analysis and database maintenance.
• Assist inventory control and data entry.
