Job summary

UFP Industries, Inc. is seeking an Import Administrator in Union City, GA to support the Customs Compliance function. You will track ocean shipments, approve daily ACH duty payments, and organize documents for entry filings with Customs.

The role requires strong Excel skills and attention to detail, with daily invoicing and payments workflows. Some travel and remote work capability may be required depending on operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with international logistics or customs terminology preferred.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Track and trace ocean shipments and update Excel with ETA dates.
• Electronically approve ACH duty payments daily.
• Organize and prepare commercial documents for filing entry with Customs.
• Prepare and send billing invoices to customers.
• Monitor and send ACH statements to customers.
• Submit payments for Customs exams on imported shipments.
• Support other duties to maintain an effective Customs compliance program.
