Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications; ERP/TMS experience preferred.
• Prev transportation admin experience preferred.
• Familiarity with supply chain and logistics terminology preferred.
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process driver payroll and onboarding activities.
• Assist with driver scheduling and communication.
• Maintain transportation documents and vendor setup.
• Support third-party carrier coordination and billing inquiries.
• Submit invoices and proofs of deliveries in TMS/ERP.
• Participate in projects and other duties as assigned.
