UFP Industries is seeking an Import Administrator to support the Customs Compliance department under the guidance of the Customs Compliance Manager.
The role involves tracking ocean shipments, processing ACH payments, preparing import documents, and issuing billing invoices. Strong Excel/Office skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information are essential. Some remote work flexibility is available as needed.
The Import Administrator is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support the operations of the Customs Compliance department. Works under the general direction of the Customs Compliance Manager.
Requires sitting at a desk for long periods of time; talking, hearing and seeing are essential duties; Some travel maybe required. Requires ability to productively work remotely as needed.
