Biocair, a Boston-based global logistics provider, seeks an Import Coordinator to drive end-to-end import operations and ensure compliant, timely delivery. You will collaborate with customs brokers, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to secure approvals, manage duties, and resolve clearance issues.
Applicants should have hands-on experience in logistics or supply chain, HTS codes, Incoterms, and strong communication skills.

We are looking for a proactive and solutions focused Import Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate the end to end import process, ensuring the compliant and efficient movement of shipments through customs and into final delivery. Working closely with internal teams, customs brokers, suppliers, carriers, and customers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and maintaining high operational standards.
Competitive salary: $24.75 - $30.48 per hour
