Job summary

Biocair NY is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join the Operations team, acting as the central link between customers, logistics teams, and external partners. You will ensure shipments are accurately planned, executed on time, and communicated clearly to customers, while maintaining data accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate shipments end-to-end, resolve issues before escalation, and proactively provide updates to build customer trust.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service or client relationship experience.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to resolve issues independently.
• Comfortable working with systems such as TMS, CRM, and MS Office.
• Experience in logistics/freight forwarding within life sciences/pharma is desirable.
• Familiarity with customs, dangerous goods, or shipping compliance would be helpful.

We’re seeking a detail-driven and customer-focused Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations team in New York where you’ll be at the heart of our logistics operations ensuring shipments are accurately planned, executed on time, and communicated clearly to customers.

Your day will involve coordinating shipments, resolving issues before they escalates, and proactively communicating updates that build customer trust. By ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency, you will play a key role in delivering time-sensitive logistics solutions that directly impact customer success and business performance.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, to deliver seamless logistics solutions, while proactively managing issues and maintaining high standards of data accuracy and compliance.

Role Responsibilities Overview:

• Competitive salary: $26 - $29 per hour

Work Structure:
