ADP is hiring an Implementation Team Manager in Norfolk, VA to lead a skilled team and partner with the Team Director to drive efficient daily operations and a productive, inclusive workplace. You’ll apply your project management and leadership expertise to meet deadlines, resolve escalations, and stay aligned with ADP policies and client needs.

Ideal candidates bring five years in client services or implementation and at least three years of people leadership, with a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least five years of client services and/or implementation experience.
• At least three years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of the team to ensure work is completed on time with quality standards.
• Oversee use of standard process workflows by team and align with strategic goals.
• Train and mentor team members and coordinate training with leadership.
• Track productivity and performance metrics and manage escalations as needed.
• Collaborate with peers to establish best practices and report to the Director.
