Job summary

ADP is hiring an Implementation Project Manager II. This hybrid role requires coordinating client onboarding, planning, and execution to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget. In Louisville, you’ll split your week between the office and remote work, collaborating with sales, clients and internal teams.

You will create project plans, track milestones, manage risks, and report status. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and at least three years of PM experience are required;

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of client onboarding, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure
• Create project plans, including deliverables, activities, timeliness and budgets and present to clients, advisors to review rollout
• Direct day-to-day activities working with clients and sales to onboard new clients
• Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of all implementation milestones
• Work collaboratively with other departments impacting project.
• Lead communication with stakeholders such as clients, sales, advisors and team members through completion of the project
• Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates
• Direct project timeliness
• Assess, manage, resolve and escape (if necessary) risks and issues
• Tailor processes to meet the needs of individual clients
• Manage a large book of clients in various stages of the implementation process

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
• At least three years of project management experience
