Job summary

ADP is hiring an Implementation Project Manager. You will be responsible for executing the OneADP project management methodology for assigned projects spanning multiple products and business units, collaborating with client and ADP project teams to manage scope and client experience.

You will oversee development, communication, control and execution of project plans, ensuring goals are met by a diverse team and maintaining milestones.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of client service, customer service, or consulting experience.
• A college degree is great but not required.
• Military experience is recognized as valuable.

Responsibilities

• Implement clients and create exceptional implementation experiences for each product or service.
• Analyze existing systems, interfaces, and business processes; recommend and implementADP solutions.
• Interact with ADP sales and customer service teams; communicate priorities, timelines and issues.
• Coordinate multiple follow-ups/projects and share essential information with clients and internal teams.
• Organize daily schedules to handle high volumes of calls and emails.
