RealWork, based in Austin, TX, seeks an Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. You will work directly with clients to set up CRM integrations with the RealWork platform, perform audits, and troubleshoot issues to keep customers satisfied.

In this role you'll handle high-volume content tasks, collaborate with Product & Engineering, and help define best practices for implementation. Remote-friendly startup vibe with strong support and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with Zapier integrations and CRM connections.
• Knowledge of SEO processes for service businesses.
• Strong HTML/CSS knowledge for responsive layouts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing CRM integrations with RealWork platform.
• Perform integration audits to ensure CRM connectivity.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide customer feedback.
• Produce digital marketing content for clients.
• Maintain Salesforce records and support Customer Success.
• Edit website layout using responsive HTML/CSS.
• Prepare CSS code library and Confluence FAQ.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering and support during peak times.
